We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Madrid.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to attract new clients and expand the existing portfolio.
  • Identify business opportunities in air, sea, and land transport.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, offering customized solutions in logistics and international transportation.
  • Negotiate rates and commercial conditions in collaboration with internal pricing and operations teams.
  • Analyze the market and competition to anticipate trends and opportunities.
  • Work closely with operational and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.

Perfil buscado (H/M/D)

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the Freight Forwarding sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of multimodal transport solutions (air, sea, land).
  • Ability to develop business in local and international markets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • High level of English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
  • Results-oriented and ability to work under objectives.
  • Strong network of contacts within the logistics and transportation sector.
  • Availability to travel according to business needs.
