Asset management firm, part of a leading investment fund

Descripción

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the strategic and operational management of NPL portfolios (secured and unsecured).
  • Analyze portfolio performance, identifying risks, deviations, and potential value enhancement opportunities.
  • Support acquisition processes by conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and drafting business plans.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to define and implement judicial and out-of-court recovery strategies.
  • Manage and monitor external servicers, ensuring adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and agreed strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports for local leadership and global stakeholders, including recovery forecasts and cash flow projections.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and strategic initiatives to optimize asset recovery.
  • Stay informed about regulatory developments and market trends in the NPL and distressed asset space across Spain and Europe.


Perfil buscado (H/M/D)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles within servicers, investment funds, banks, or consulting firms focused on NPL management.
  • Strong understanding of the NPL lifecycle, local regulations, and recovery strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to coordinate external stakeholders and manage complex workflows.
  • High level of proficiency in English (required).
