Descripción

  • Maintain and execute effective procedures related to networks, telecommunications, software, hardware, and servers to support daily operations.
  • Maintain and execute an effective process to monitor, detect, and resolve security and performance issues in networks, desktop equipment, and communications.
  • Identify infrastructure needs and proactively advise on infrastructure solutions.
  • Identify gaps in systems and emerging technologies and recommend changes and adoptions.
  • Manage vendors in the acquisition, implementation, and adoption of new tools and applications.
  • Implement network updates with minimal business disruption.
  • Provide reports to appropriate personnel on the effectiveness of IT infrastructure procedures.

Perfil buscado (H/M/D)

  • University degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent through education and/or work experience.
  • 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and IT business processes.
  • Proven success in identifying gaps in systems and emerging technologies that support accuracy, productivity, and business growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a project or multiple projects on time, from concept to implementation.
  • Proven track record of successful working relationships with clients, vendors, and other internal and external contacts.
  • Demonstrated and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Availability to travel, both nationally and internationally, less than 5%, sometimes with limited notice.
