WeHunt is working with an important client that requires a Customer Experience Manager (AI).

Descripción del puesto de trabajo

You will be involved in delivering Conversational AI, Data, and Data Science solutions (including LLMs & RAG) either through our strategic channel partners or directly to our clients.

• Project Coordination: Delivery strategy is based on an agile (scrum) methodology, so it is crucial to ensure that external resources are well coordinated and contribute in time to support a seamless delivery process.

• Financial Management: Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget, initiate CRs when needed, monitor spending against the forecast, and communicate any discrepancies to the program manager.

• Timekeeping Oversight: Manage the approval of timesheets and report the associated costs to the client.

• Risk Mitigation: Apply risk mitigation techniques to reduce potential project risks.

• Performance Tracking: Assess project progress using the appropriate tools, systems, and methods; report and escalate issues to senior management as necessary.

• Stakeholder Relations: Foster and maintain strong connections with clients and all key stakeholders.

• Product Mastery: You are expected to gain a thorough understanding of the products that power our Conversational AI solutions, as well as the underlying data and data science.

Perfil buscado (H/M/D)

• Verified Experience: Documented experience in project management, particularly in roles involving direct client interaction, utilizing agile methodologies for delivery.

• Leadership and Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, strong leadership, superb organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to navigate complex issues and provide effective solutions in collaboration with Solutions Architects.

• Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working in a team setting and engaging with various stakeholders.

• Customer-Oriented: Dedicated to delivering top-notch service and nurturing strong client relationships.

• Technical Competence: Proficiency in project management tools is advantageous.

• Task Management Tools: Familiarity with task management platforms like JIRA is a plus.

• Technical Expertise: While not mandatory, a solid technical foundation is preferred.
